About Me

My name is Angelica Adamski. I work with people and organisations at moments where growth requires care, not force. Having refined my advisory expertise over decades working across continents, countries, and cultures in the finance sector, I have learned that progress is most sustainable when it is built on a balance of integrity, intention, and intuition.

 

My leadership background includes heading divisions within global corporations and serving as Director and Chief Executive Officer across multiple industries. Alongside this, I act at board level, contributing perspective shaped by long-term thinking, sound judgement, and respect for the human dynamics behind every decision.

 

My passion for coaching began as a response to my own need for clarity at a personal crossroads nearly two decades ago. The approaches I developed then continue to shape my work today as a certified coaching professional. I believe that real change happens when insight meets courage, and when people are given space to think, feel, and choose deliberately. My work engages both mind and heart, supporting clients through complexity with steadiness and purpose.
