Throughout my career, I have worked across regions, cultures, and sectors, leading complex initiatives in Africa, North and South America, Russia, China, and Australia. This global experience has shaped a way of working that values perspective, adaptability, and long-term thinking.
My professional background includes senior leadership roles within international B2B organisations and global financial institutions.
I have developed deep expertise in organisational renewal, establishing service-based enterprises, advancing digital and technology platforms, and strengthening manufacturing and operational systems. Central to this work has been building resilient teams and organisations, and enabling leaders and their teams to consistently exceed expectations.
I also speak Swedish, English, French, German, and Russian.
Alongside executive leadership roles, I have served as Director on multiple boards, contributing strategic oversight and insight shaped by experience across diverse business environments.
Today, I work primarily with C-suite executives, offering coaching, advisory, and mentoring support informed by decades of hands-on leadership. I draw on a broad foundation of experience to help leaders navigate complexity, make thoughtful decisions, and build organisations positioned for sustainable success.

Sandvik Group Sweden, Australia & South Africa
At Sandvik, Angelica was entrusted with establishing global customer financing operations, shaping both structure and culture across regions and continents. She led the formation of seven financial entities and built a highly diverse international workforce spanning 22 nationalities, creating sustainable systems to support complex customer financing worldwide. Her leadership was recognised with repeated global top-tier honours over seven consecutive years.
Managing Director, Senior Advisor
Eltel Networks
Angelica was brought in at Eltel to stabilise and restore underperforming operations in Africa that were impacting shareholder value. Through direct engagement with state electricity providers and complex renegotiations with international financiers, including the World Bank and IFC, she reversed a declining trajectory while mentoring senior leaders across Africa, Sweden, Poland, and Estonia.

Angelica led structured finance initiatives at Siemens, supporting large-scale projects across energy, telecommunications, and mining. Her work focused on aligning financial solutions with long-term infrastructure development, navigating complexity at the intersection of industrial delivery, risk management, and client partnership.

Scania South Africa
Angelica played a key role in expanding Scania’s financial services capabilities, serving as Director for Scania Credit in Sweden and Russia before leading the establishment of the organisation’s first financing operation in Africa. This work laid the foundation for sustainable customer financing in a new and complex regional market.

Angelica was appointed to lead the orderly wind-down of specialised finance operations at Société Générale, including project and trade finance, leasing, and commodity finance.
